Wayne brings over 20 years’ experience in the Contact Centre arena, hiring, training and building campaigns.
As well as owning a number of his own businesses, Wayne has worked across a wide range of industries, worked with some of New Zealand largest organisations, is experienced in executing multi-channel campaigns for clients of various sizes, coordinating and bringing together the right team members in order to meet the clients’ objectives.

Wayne also has managed large sales teams in some highly competitive markets and knows the value of quality leads and what it can do to the ROI of any business. Has in-depth knowledge of computer systems and processes, database management, strategic planning and team building; developed through a solid background in sales, sales management and business development
